Ambitious and provocative film created for live events and designed to engage Toyota members to strive for an exceptional safety culture.

The film was originally used in two parts to bookend 90-minute training sessions. The narrative is based upon an unseen Toyota employee, Barry, who has experienced an accident at home that may have long-lasting health implications. The audience watches as his colleagues discuss how and why Barry got hurt, whilst simultaneously violating health and safety standards and behaving contrary to what they are saying. The second half introduces the personification of ‘the accident’ as she recounts, through flashbacks, how the character’s attitudes and behaviours allowed her to claim her prize.
