A fresh and unique animation devised to re-launch GKN’s ‘code of conduct’ to its global workforce.
‘The GKN Code’ was created to re-launch a global internal communications programme for engineering company, GKN. With operations in 35 countries and a workforce of over 44,000 staff they wanted a visual style that effectively delivered the key messages of their ‘code of conduct’ and engaged with a global audience.
Simultaneously GKN commissioned a second film, ‘Diversity’ (available below), addressing an internal drive towards greater diversity in their workforce and better representation of the ethnic and geographic diversity of its business interests.
The unique animation style, which sat within existing brand guidelines, was created and 7 different language versions, plus 20 different subtitled versions, were produced to effectively engage with the global audience.
